FLAPPER HAT
This is a Flapper Era hat for today’s generation. It is from the new book Felt It and is sized for toddlers to adult. Short rows are used for the shaping so you use less stitches all around. The hat is felted to a soft and supple texture and has a cool felted flower to add to the brim.
