We have new store hours. After 12 years we have decided to make a change. Starting Tuesday, August 5, 2008, the store will begin its new schedule. Opening time will be at 11:00am, we will be teaching classes from 9:00am to 11:00am and we will be running our usual night class schedule.

Noro Yarn

I am so excited! We are going to start carrying Noro Yarns again. You can check out the yarns and colors with the following links. They don’t always have everything in stock but we will get what we can when we can. We are giving a bag discount of 10% off on any order of 10sks of the same color, and a payment of 50% will secure your order. Peruse the yarn links and pick your next sweater color. We will now have classes from 9am to 11:00am, along with our regular Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday classes. I am working on the new schedule now and it will be ready in the next couple of weeks. A couple of the newest are listed here:

Meg’s Hand Dyed Yarns

Meg has been really busy doing some hand dyeing. Come on in and see the new Cotton and Linen yarns. It has been really fun. I even have some Great Adirondack Fluff that I over dyed, one in purples, one in greens and one in pinks. A single skein makes a great scarf. You use size 17 needles and 15 stitches, knitted in garter stitch.

Stitch n Pitch – Oakland A’s
Tickets are now available for the 2nd Annual Stitch N' Pitch Day with the Oakland A's. This year's event will take place on Sunday, September 14th @ 1:05 PM vs. the Texas Rangers. All participants will receive a Plaza Level seat, and a special A's Stitch N' Pitch gift. We are also adding a pregame Needlearts Expo this year.
