From Kathryn Schoendorf - “Calorimetry is a scientific term describing the measurement of heat lost or gained. Knit hats are a wonderful way to block out the cold, but when you have long hair it usually requires wearing it down, not often the most comfortable option on a blustery day. This headscarf allows you to wear your hair up while keeping your ears warm and preventing heat from escaping from the top of your head.”

The February Lady Sweater is currently Meg's favorite sweater ever. It has been adapted for grown women from Elizabeth Zimmerman's Baby Sweater on Two Needles in the Knitter's Almanac. This is a great way to upgrade up your knitting skills in a non-threatening way. It uses top down raglan shaping and an easy to memorize lace pattern. We will be ordering Dream In Color's Classy yarn but any worsted weight yarn will work.
I love this sweater! You may have seen it in the shop during the summer but it is currently being worn by Meg very, very often.
