This is an easy to memorize lace scarf and would be great for beginners. My favorite part is that you add Swarovski crystals to both ends. You may use lace weight yarn in mohair, wool or any other blend of fibers.

Better than a granny square, the Hexagonal motif will make an amazing blanket, scarf or shawl, Come in and see the sample Liz has made. Paintbox from K1C2 is a great yarn for this project. Each ball of any self striping yarn will give you several different colored motifs, all color coordinated.

Lace is fun! Don't be afraid, this hat only has a couple of inches of lace at the beginning and then it is mindless stockinette stitch for the finish. Great for holiday knitting as you only have a few months left. This is a great, feminine look and would be great for anyone who has lost their hair.

This is loads of good clean fun! We will be making a loofah like scrubber using wool rovings and a bar of soap. Our own ShirleySoap will be making plain bars with her same wonderful scents for our use. You will need to bring a 14” or larger plastic plant dish. The ones I have seen are terra cotta colored and can be found at hardware stores in the plant section.

Looking for the perfect piece for your new outfit? We have something different in mind for you this. We will be knitting bracelets using small gauge wire and beads. Another option is to make a wrap for votive candleholders or even larger pillars. You should be able to knit one or two in an evening. You will need to purchase the beads and wire before class. Time to think about winter hats. Really. This is a cabled hat that Meg designed. It is a lot of fun and not as hard as you might think. One size really does fit a wide variety of heads and it is good for male and female alike.
