Enjoy the look of flattened animals but hate the clean up? Make your favorite animal into a faux animal skin coaster by needle felting. All levels of experience are welcome. Be aware that the needles are sharp and you may prick your fingers.
There are lots of ways to make increases and decreases. You will have hands on practice in making the various techniques and we will discuss how to make the right choice for the right project.

This is a really cute hat with a seed stitch border, stockinette top and a great button. It is a smaller size of hat but can be easily adapted for larger heads.
Cold fingers? It might happen! Fingerless mitts are a great Holiday present and the time to start is now. You will be making a new design of Meg’s. The original version uses beads but you can make them without for the men in your life. You will need to pick up the beads before the class begins. One container of size 8 beads will be enough for the project.

Looking for the perfect piece for your new outfit? We have something different in mind for you this . We will be knitting bracelets using small gauge wire and beads. Another option is to make a wrap for votive candle holders or even larger pillars. You should be able to knit one or two in an evening. You will need to purchase the beads and wire before class. Supply list is available when you sign up.

Another sweater from Interweave Knits Spring 2008, the Hexacomb Cardigan is shown as a cropped sweater but can easily be made longer in the body and sleeves. This class will overlap with any of Patti’s Saturday classes, so if you need 6 weeks instead of three you may just sign up for the next class session and keep going. You may also come to 2 classes and skip one and continue on in the next session. Whatever works best for your schedule is our goal!
